PROCESSING OF INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA OBTAINED DURING JOB APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED TO FIBA PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT INC.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data are processed by Fiba Portfolio Management Inc. (“Company”) in its capacity as the data controller.

b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected through the job application form are processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your job application and your suitability for the relevant position,
• Conducting recruitment processes within the framework of human resources policies and contacting you,
• Fulfilling the legal and commercial obligations of the Company and the parties with whom it has business relationships,
• Determining company strategies and improving recruitment processes.

c) Parties to Whom and Purposes for Which Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be shared with the following parties, where applicable:

• Relevant departments for the evaluation of recruitment processes and identification of suitable candidates,
• Legally authorized public institutions and private legal entities,
• Our business partners, shareholders, and affiliates, provided that your explicit consent is obtained.

The Company collects your personal data through the following methods:

• Websites that enable job applications,
• The Company’s website and mobile application,
• Telephone interviews and physical forms.

d) Rights of the Data Subject

As data subjects, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data are processed,
• To request information if your personal data have been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with this purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of personal data if they are processed inaccurately or incompletely,
• To request the deletion of personal data if the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist.

• To object to any result to your detriment arising from the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
