Pursuant to the authorization obtained from the Capital Markets Board dated 04 June 2025 and numbered 12233903-315.02-73447, it has been resolved to liquidate the Fiba Portfolio Management Inc. First Real Estate Investment Fund and the Fiba Portfolio Management Inc. Second Real Estate Investment Fund, of which we are the founder.

This announcement is hereby made to all our investors.
